The work I delivered.
Designed and delivered a full custom redesign of the Canals SharePoint intranet. Created custom Power Platform apps, integrated them with SharePoint, and built Power Automate workflows for intake, approvals, document generation, electronic signatures and status tracking.
What the work produced.
A launched intranet, centralized records, auditable electronic workflows and Power BI dashboards for operational visibility. Stakeholder requirements and adoption support were part of the work.

Business requirements
The work connects staff information, request intake, document processing and operational visibility. Stakeholder conversations, usability and adoption support were part of the role alongside development.
Custom intranet redesign
I designed and delivered a full custom redesign of the Canals SharePoint intranet. The contribution covered site architecture, navigation, pages, content organization and permissions, through development and launch.
Apps and workflows integrated with SharePoint
I created custom Power Platform apps and integrated them with SharePoint. Structured intake used SharePoint Lists, Microsoft Forms and Power Apps, with multi-step Power Automate workflows for approvals, document generation, electronic signatures and status tracking. The delivered processes centralized records and made request status visible.
Reporting and shared responsibility
I created Power BI views of approvals, workflow progress, operational metrics and organizational activity. Requirements and adoption involved organizational stakeholders; the case study describes my implementation contribution without attributing all business decisions to me.
