Business context, implementation responsibilities and collaboration from the documented work.
My work included deployment of a website and intranet using Linux, Azure, WordPress and Drupal. The publishing capability supported nontechnical staff managing organizational content.
I built and supported a Node.js API integrating more than 13 external vendors for data exchange. That integration work was part of the wider member-service environment, alongside the website, intranet and mobile experience.
I developed Python automation and SQL reporting pipelines and created dashboards for membership, finance and programs. Tableau reporting surfaced membership trends, engagement and operational performance.
I contributed to the myCSEA mobile experience and partnered with external agencies on accessible, scalable digital platforms. These contributions describe my work within the CSEA role; they do not assign me sole ownership of every platform or the current public website.
